Custom Exempt Rule
Custom Exempted Agreement
By paying you confirm you are now owner or part thereof of the animals included in this order. This is a "custom exemption" which allows the owner of the animal to consent to on-farm harvest and processing by Sugar Hill Farmstead. In agreeing to this form, you understand that the meat and byproducts are to be used by the owner, owner's household, nonpaying guests, employees, and cannot be sold. Commingling of meat may occur to create sausage, ground, and other custom meat products unless otherwise specified.
